The baristas and cashiers are always very nice and I enjoy popping in for a treat occasionally. Helps that there are two entrances.

Starbucks is known for its outrageous lines but this location takes it to a completely different level. The lines are out the door, you can't move and you will for sure be waiting a good 20-30 mins for a drink that was made incorrectly. The tables are never cleaned because the high traffic volume. I mean I know it's the KOP mall but that's why you should maybe have a store that's not the size of a closet and a bigger staff.

Bacon, egg, and cheese, grande Carmel frapp, and a cake pop... No better way to start your morning. And since I'm a regular they always have more order down and ready to go!

If this is the location in the court- the service is consistently super slow and the employees are less than happy and this is typically on a weekday and no one is in line. Everyone seems miserable! Don't go to this location! The one in the plaza is busier and 10x faster!

Starbucks, lets give this place the ultimate great review..lol...ok here we go... Coffee sucks, noisy, service is the worst, not to mention that I feel in paying for a full meal.. Only reason IM here odd because my 14 yr old niece wanted something.. Limited places at the king of Prussia mall..

Why is there big variability in the reviews on this Starbucks in KOP? (Plus - no reviews in almost 2 and a half years?!) Sure, I'll admit that the parking lot can be a bit tricky to get in and out of, but as far as the store itself, I've had ZERO problems. My drinks have never made poorly, and the service has always been top notch. The inside is not super big, but then again, I don't really sit around in coffee shops working on school work and such. I'm a grab-and-go kind of guy, and that's what makes this place shine. I know that I can count on this place to make a delicious iced nonfat vanilla chai latte. Yum.

Fairly rough experience here... it could be pages of me explaining about the experience but I will save you the time. The moral of the story is that I knew more about ringing up my fairly simple order than the guy working their did. Sad but true. If this hipster is working... I'll just about face.

Rude baristas gave this place poor review. They messed up on my order and gave me a cold drink when I told them I never said cold. Therefore she gave me an attitude and said, "you told me cold. Can't believe this." She wont admit that its their fault. I asked to speak to the manager and shes also rude and just slid across free coffee pass without saying a word. That's not what I expected. I don't know where she heard that but all of them needs to get trained on customer service. I'm not paying high price coffee for rudeness.

I'm really disappointed at the turn Sbux has taken. The formerly delicious chocolate chip cookies are on a rung equal to Chips Ahoy... Also, the bad attitude from the young female barrista when I politely asked for my hot drink to be heated was such a turnoff, I'll never go back. My drink has been wrong nearly every time, which is not such a big deal, but rudeness is. You pay a premium and you expect premium service and premium products. Bad move cutting back on both.

Every Friday since thats my late day at work I always stop at Starbucks and they have lots of selection for breakfast and for desserts, Most of the times you can get a breakfast sandwich ( like a bacon egg and chesse muffin) or their glazed doughnuts, or even their Iced Lemon Cake :) or their Marble Cake :) They even have fruit cups and salads as well. Since its winter time i would normally get the Signature Hot Chocolate or their Hot Green or Hot Passion Tea, very very good! The funny part is i never get coffee from Starbucks. I stick to my Tea's or Coco's. Spring and Summer time i would get the Passion Shaken Ice tea ( with 9 pumps of sweetner) or the Blended Lemonnade. They have some seats to sit and where you can also bring your laptop and sit and enjoy your drink

Not a very good location. The music was playing really loud which made it hard to talk. The tables were pretty dirty - I had to wipe mine down before using it. Also, when I placed my coffee order the staff wasn't friendly - they weren't rude but just kind of grave and serious. I'm getting coffee not ordering a coffin!! I'd go back cause it's conveniently located in one of my favorite malls but not cause of the service or cleanliness...
